1. How much does a case study writer cost in the UK?
Yes, you can probably get a case study written for a fiver on PeoplePerHour or for free on ChatGPT, but you know the saying.…pay cheap, pay twice. My case study writing services start from £350 for a single case study, with bundle pricing available.
And, you get to support my children’s Barbie obsession at the same time.
2. Do you interview our clients?
I will absolutely interview your clients if you would like me to. Interviewing clients enables me to gather insights, results and quotes on your behalf, which I’ll then turn into beautiful copy. Prefer to speak to them yourself? No problem, I can arm you with a list of questions that feel warm and friendly (not “light in your eyes” interrogatory).
3. What if our results aren’t dramatic?
Not every project doubled revenue overnight, and that’s ok.
Strong case studies focus on problem-solving, measurable improvements and happy customers. There doesn’t have to be fireworks at the end for me to write something impressive.
4. How long does it take to write a case study?
My case study writing turnaround times are usually between 2–3 weeks, depending on interview scheduling and feedback timelines. We’ll always agree on timings upfront.

5. Can you adapt case studies for sales or awards?
Repurposing content is one of my favourite things to do — why pay for something to only use it once!?

6. Do case studies help with SEO?
Case studies are great for SEO, when written properly. That means structured, audience-friendly content that targets appropriate keywords, builds authority and supports your wider content strategy.

I’ll combine what I’ve learned with my own research and suggest a clear plan, including potential titles and angles. Once you’re happy, I’ll get to work, interview your client(s) and team(s) as appropriate, and send a first draft for feedback. After revisions, you’ll receive the final version, ready to publish.
